Later semesters and re-application

For each later semester, earn at least 15 credits in the previous semester. Prior-semester GPA determines the tuition waiver: 3.0 → 30%, 3.5 → 50%, 4.0 → 85%, 4.2 → 100%. The percentage is recalculated each semester.
