Later semesters and re-application

Reapply each semester with income evidence. Earn at least 15 credits in the previous semester; GPA 3.2 gives 40%, 3.4 gives 50%, 3.6 gives 60%, and 3.8 gives 70% tuition support. Selection and income rules apply each time; this is not automatic continuation. The cohort restriction remains in force.
