  • Direct descendant of a Korean War combat-support veteran from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Türkiye, Australia, Philippines, Thailand, Netherlands, Colombia, Greece, New Zealand, Ethiopia, Belgium, France, South Africa or Luxembourg. Submit official veteran proof and direct-family relationship documents with Korean/English translation or a notarized copy. The ancestor's service country is the condition; the applicant's nationality alone does not establish eligibility.

  • Direct descendant of a Korean War combat-support veteran from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Türkiye, Australia, Philippines, Thailand, Netherlands, Colombia, Greece, New Zealand, Ethiopia, Belgium, France, South Africa or Luxembourg. Submit official veteran proof and direct-family relationship documents with Korean/English translation or a notarized copy. The ancestor's service country is the condition; the applicant's nationality alone does not establish eligibility. From semester two: previous-semester GPA at least 2.75 and at least 15 credits. Later award ranges from Type 1 to Type 5.
  • Minimum GPA: 2.75

Later semesters and re-application

First semester: full tuition. From semester two, previous-semester GPA at least 2.75 and at least 15 credits are required. The guide lists subsequent award tiers from approximately 15% to 100%; it does not promise that the first-semester full waiver stays fixed.
