Funding requires continued laboratory research and academic activities within the regular study period; amount varies by funding category, programme and laboratory. Specialized graduate schools and recipients of outside funding exceeding the stated minimum are excluded. Government funding conversion is an internal selection for designated departments, not a universal admission award.
