Later semesters and re-application

The TOPIK-based rate applies during regular semesters. English-certificate awards in Korean-track departments instead give 50% for the first 2 semesters (integrated: 4), then use Korean qualifications for later semesters. Graduates of Dankook receive an additional 10%; housing is not free.
