- Applicant must apply for 2027 Spring international graduate admission. Prospective advisor submits the scholarship attraction form through the department. Six recipients are planned for Chuncheon campus.

Applicant completes the international graduate admission application. Prospective advisor submits the attraction form and applicant data through the department head by official memo.

Later semesters and re-application
The official call states support from the first semester through the regular study period, but selection is competitive and continued eligibility is governed by the linked loss-of-eligibility guideline. Admission or advisor recommendation alone does not guarantee the award. Detailed loss grounds were not added without extracting that separate attachment.
