Later semesters and re-application

This tier provides 50% tuition during regular semesters while the previous-semester average remains at least 80/100. Medicine and Nursing are excluded from this foreign encouragement scheme. Entry language scores must be within two years; institutional TOEIC/TOEFL scores are not accepted.
