The applicant and both parents must be foreign nationals; dual nationals are excluded. Foreign nationality must be acquired before high-school entry. Complete high school or equivalent under the guide. This listing covers the six two-year associate programmes on PDF p.7: Beauty Care, Hotel Cooking and Baking, Global Human Care, Future Automotive, Global Mechatronics and Global Convergence Business. TOPIK 3 is the standard admission qualification; lower-score and alternative-language routes require the university assessment and conditions on PDF p.5. A TOPIK 2 scholarship threshold alone does not establish admission eligibility.

30% tuition for one recipient in a semester when two or more siblings or direct family members are concurrently enrolled. Continued eligibility depends on the same-semester family enrollment condition; the benefit is not paid to every family member.
