Shinhan University International Freshman Scholarship
This listing covers the pure-foreign freshman route in general colleges, taught in Korean. The applicant and both parents must be foreign nationals; Korean dual nationality is excluded. All must have acquired foreign nationality and lost Korean nationality before the applicant began high school. Complete high school or equivalent. Admission accepts TOPIK 3 or specified Korean-course, KIIP, Sejong or university-test alternatives; certain routes require additional Korean training. The separate International College language tracks and the all-schooling-abroad route are not included here.
The admitted general-college department determines the campus. The 2027 guide lists Uijeongbu and Dongducheon; the scholarship is not a choice of either campus.

Language requirement: Admission: TOPIK 3 or the specific alternatives in the 2027 guide. No separate TOPIK threshold is stated for the ordinary-high-school 40% tier.

Later semesters and re-application
The published 40% and 50% tiers cover the entrance semester only. Later-semester scholarships require a separate assessment; the entrance percentage is not promised for four years.
