Medical and Health-Related Scholarships in Korea: Eligible Awards and Common Exclusions
Do not assume a general international scholarship covers Medicine, Dentistry or Nursing. This comparison separates awards with explicit medical or health-related eligibility from scholarships whose reviewed rules expressly exclude one or more of those fields. Silence about a field is not treated as eligibility.
5 programmes from the published database. Application status as of 2026-10-24 (KST); source review dates are recorded individually. Past calls remain labeled by their year and deadline. A policy without dates is not treated as an open call.

Does a general tuition scholarship cover medical school?
Only when the programme and current guide allow the field. This page does not infer eligibility from silence.
Are the eligible awards fully funded for the whole degree?
Not automatically. S034 is a first-semester partial tuition award; S231 records multi-semester tuition under its own publication and adviser conditions; E050 depends on Rotary approval and has no single Korea-wide amount or deadline.
