Later semesters and re-application
First semester: full tuition. From semester two, previous-semester GPA at least 2.75 and at least 15 credits are required. The guide lists subsequent award tiers from approximately 15% to 100%; it does not promise that the first-semester full waiver stays fixed.
A new TOPIK 4+ score earned within the past two years while enrolled must improve the previous level: 0–3 to 4+, 4 to 5/6, or 5 to 6. Prior-semester GPA at least 2.75. Maximum two awards under the standing policy.
Minimum GPA: 2.75
Application dates are not listed for this policy. Check the official announcement for a new call.
Each award needs a new qualifying TOPIK improvement while enrolled and prior-semester GPA at least 2.75. Maximum two awards under the standing policy; holding the same score does not create automatic recurring support.
