These are not automatic multi-semester renewals. The reviewed guidance records a new application, appointment, ranking or eligibility assessment for a later semester. Some programmes require the student to submit an application; others are selected by the university or project. Read the application route on each card rather than assuming one process applies to all.

The enrolled award is separately assessed each semester using language level and GPA. The 2027 spring TOPIK registration deadline is December 23, 2026; submit the certificate, identification and registration form.
Do I personally need to submit a new application every semester?
Not always. Some listed programmes require a student application, while others use university ranking, project selection or a new appointment. Check the programme card and official source.
Does receiving the scholarship once guarantee the next semester?
No. Every programme on this page has a reviewed later-semester selection or reassessment step; grades, credits, language scores, appointment status, budget or other conditions may change the outcome.
